Hopefully Rep. Crenshaw gets his shit together as far as this surgery and its successful. Has he consulted with Sen. Paul about this? Paul is an ophthalmologist who might be able to give him some insight on this ,although its my understanding that retinas are a separate sub-specialty.

While he's out, he should definitely follow the tradition of great Republican crooner Sammy Davis and get a glass eye. The black patch gives too much of a Pirate vibe.
