Hell yes! If your child is under 18 and you have been negligent with your firearm, and they use it in a crime you should be charged in Criminal Court and sued in Civil Court. In indianapolis if your teenager is caught out after curfew the parent is
charged because crime was getting so rampant by minors. The parent is responsible for that minor until 18, if your child is nuts that your fault and you are responsible for them.
