When he mentions eliminating private property rights he is referencing using the power of Eminent Domain to garnish property for affordable housing development. It is not a new idea, goes all the way back to NYC Housing Authority verses Muller, IN 1936!

If you are a slum Lord, then be prepared for the government to step in, eliminate your private property rights, condemn the property, and then purchase it and develop it for affordable housing. Happens in every major city In the country, from Charlotte to New York City.

I mean there is little if any talk about policy, I mean real policy. Like the whole Project 2025 thing. The Trump campaign feinted ignorance, and then almost from day one, started putting in elements of 2025 straight into executive orders, they had to have been teed up.

And since Trump took office, well the right has made no secret of what they were doing and where their loyalties lied. It ain't with you cowboy. And get ready for the next "spin" from your leaders on the right. "Wait till next year". Yep, going to be the new go to phrase.

The problem with the MAGA mantra is that Democrats in most 1st world countries would be a Centre Right Party.

Even the Centre Right in most of these countries support government paid third level education and universal healthcare.

This is those countries that pay their bills, have lower levels of poverty and higher quality of life while don't possess the same natural resources as US.
