There is an important word in math called "unitary". It has a lot of meanings. In this case it means independent, stands alone, is not dependent on other elections.

You need to recertify every voter EVERY election.

You don't send this year's ballots to last year's voter rolls

What do you think that article says? It basically says what is true today which is mail in ballots have more errors. A good example is PA declaring they won’t count ballots with missing dates.

Article points out zero impact of fraud and no real fraud cases but one.

Atlanta screwed up... Human error. They failed to mail 1000 ballots. Now they are scrambling to notify voters so hopefully they will vote in person.

Funny how partisan Ds like yourself refuse to believe there is voter fraud. Yet we know it has existed since at least 1960 and now with no ID required and absentee ballots sent to everyone in many states, voter fraud is more likely.
