Ruby never said the ballots under the table had already been scanned. And the evidence is they weren't. What she said was she was told they were done counting for the night and would resume counting in the morning, meaning there were still more ballots uncounted. She also said she helped pack up the ballots and put them under the table. And she said when she was told counting was going to resume, the ballots were brought back out from under the table.

That was false, so she sued him for defamation and won a huge amount of money. There's no evidence Antifa was actually there. There is evidence the Proud Boys who were there dressed as Antifa. There's also no evidence of any other left wing groups there. The first one to break a window allowing protesters to swarm in was also a Proud Boy.

Trump did not "urge" his people to protest peacefully. In an hour long speech, filled with lies about election fraud, lies about how Pence could flip the election for them, and incendiary laced comments about fighting like hell to save their country and stop the steal, he said peacefully one time. He did post it once more on Twitter but that was after the violence already broke out.
