Yes, several individuals involved in the January 6th Capitol riot were convicted of sedition:

So put on your judge's robe and explain how every court involved was wrong with that ruling?

Dummy, warrant had a very explicit, specific target - Carter

Even if you want to claim that motivation for surveilling Carter after he left campaign was to somehow get at Trump, it is made entirely moot by the simple FACT that they couldn't get at Trump that way. Carter did not communicate with Trump and was no longer with the campaign.

So speaking from reasonable FACT, as opposed to musing about possible motivations - surveillance of Carter did not result in surveillance of Trump.

The warrant was based on the Steele Dossier. What did Comey, Boasberg, and the entire democrat mob see in the bogus dossier that caused them to go after Carter?

That's not true either. Where do you get your news from? Fox? There was no appellate court ruling Flynn was innocent. It was Trump's DOJ that dropped the charges and asked the court to dismiss the case, but the case was already being adjudicated in court. All that remained was sentencing. The only part you got right was an appellate panel ordered Sullivan to dismiss the case, but that got overturned by the full appellate court, allowing for Sullivan to review the unusual request from the DOJ. Then Sullivan dismissed it when Trump pardoned Flynn, which Sullivan was clear it did not make Flynn innocent.

Comey bragged to fellow democrats that he tricked Flynn into telling a lie unintentionally so the leftist Obama holdovers could wickedly burn him to get to Trump. Flynn intimated that he was threatened by the FBI to harm a family member if he did not plead guilty. We should remember who it was that Comey sent to entrap Flynn in a harmless unintentional lie.

I hear Mueller also tricked Trump into lying to the FBI.

2 out of 4 warrants against Carter were found to be improperly predicated by the IG review.
