The War On Drugs has FAILED. We have Wasted hundreds and hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars for NOTHING. America is still consuming mass quantities of DRUGS. The demand is HUGE. DRUG Lords are CAPITALISTS. They provide the Supply and nothing we do has, or ever will, STOP THEM. We solve the PROBLEM by treating the DISEASE, not the symptoms. The drug lords are the SYMPTOMS. ADDICTION IS THE DISEASE. Literally. Thank you for your attention to the matter.
