Alvin Bragg and Laticia James coordinated with the Biden DOJ to remove the statute of limitations on Trump's case and then proceeded to concoct a legal way to elevate a single misdemeanor charge into 34 felonies. It is like you getting a notification about a speeding violation for 10 over the limit from 8 years ago captured by one of those automatic cameras. You never even knew you got a ticket, but the judge not only removes the statute of limitations, but elevates it to 10 reckless driving charges, one for each mile per hour over the speed limit. You lose your license, your insurance and are forced to pay 8 years worth of penalties for each of the 10 tickets. That is the equivalent of the nonsense perpetrated against Trump.

Clearly Biden pardoned his entire family because he knew they would either be in trouble themselves, or worse yet, uncover his years of treasonous activity.

Cuomo extended the time limit to file charges for cases disrupted by COVID-19. They filed these charges just before that extension.

And NY has already made a new law that is clearly meant for Trump that pauses the statute of limitations during a presidency. They are likely already cooking up something else. NYC is a cesspool of Democrat corruption.
