Certain posters specialize in trolling threads and getting a reaction. I'll ry to ignore that particular one.
Here's my take on that: There is enormous pressure on teachers and especially administrators during a STAAR test. Not just to have high scores, but to have zero "irregularities." That AP would have been totally focused on that and probably not fully qualified for such a task. Having lived it every Spring for the last 17 years, I can understand, but not condone, the AP not wanting to be distracted, even by a report of an armed child.
She should have reported the teacher's report to the principal and gone on about testing. Maybe she did, and is being pressured not to say so.
