Now, please define these in a way you are happy to have them disproved. Because right now, you are in very deep water with them.

1.The distance between signing an agreement and not signing is one thing,
Very simple, They signed an agreement - they broke it - period - the agreement is canceled - and it applies to both sides, what happens later is irrelevant because such agreement is considered canceled.
2.Dry facts, not opinions of ANY source, goes straight with reference to the signed agreement including date - again bringing a canceled agreement doesn't prove the point.
3.Neutral judge, be the first to suggest one.
Here is what I said including the clarifications I just made - common sensually correct.
1.Israel kept all agreements and treaties signed with the Palestinians - up until the moment the Palestinians broke them.
2.The Palestinians never kept any agreement or treaty with Israel.

I checked several times the posts here and I didn't find any of your posts answering ANY of my questions coherently.
2.Now here is the first rule, a kept agreement or treaty considered one kept by both sides, when one of the side broke it that's considered a canceled agreement (or treaty) which you cannot hold the other side responsible for ignoring it.

So, there is no more ceasefire in Gaza.
