Assembles in ,11 minutes, no tools needed.

You get a bedroom and enough space for a table and a chair.

Two of these, and you can have a shower and toilet too.

There is lots and lots of land available for $500 an acre, with taxes in the $20-$30 range annually. Some of it even has water nearby.

It looks like a death chamber or like some sort of capsule. I don't like it.

The problem is water, power, trash pickup, gas line, grey water drain, sewer, land. They ain’t letting you plop one of those down near jobs in SJ, CA guaranteed.//

You need a foundation, or pier posts? You cant just throw the thing down unlevel? Sitting on dirt or weeded lot?

In our state you have to have a foundation, then figure in cost of utility hookups, in rural areas the cost of a well. In the end you have a little tiny house that you'll never recoup your investment

You prefer a cargo van? :p

I'd prefer a RV or camper. No need to buy land and you can move around.

If something ever happened to my wife it's what I would do.

When we were setting up our retirement the guy was telling me I needed X amount of life insurance on my wife.

I smiled, the wife rolled her eyes and said that if anything happened to her that I would sell everything and live in a RV.

She is right.
