I think the only reason Trump won in 2016 was that the polls had Hillary so far ahead before the election that the Democrat machine wasn't ready to cheat because they didn't think they'd have to. They were ready in 2020, though. Trump gets substantially more votes than he did in 2016 yet he still loses? Sure...
The GOP is going to be monitoring this election like never before because they know that the left will stoop to any depths to keep Trump out of office. We have seen this movie before.

HikerGuy wants to make a bet based upon who wins the election. I am happy to take him up on the bet provided he is going to be willing to accept the results of the election, either way, without question.
If he is not willing to commit to this then obviously a bet based upon an election winner is impossible and pointless.
If he loses he'll just claim he didn't really lose because the election was "fraudulent."
