Dorothy Klenke Nash was America's first female neurosurgeon. She earned that distinction through her outstanding skills and personality, and in spite of the fact that she was a woman. Without question she is a role model, a shining example of someone who dramatically rose above expectations, and her story can be in inspiration to anyone, especially young women, as they enter into fields, positions, and roles that have not been held by women before.

The second woman is currently at the top of the headlines, and one only needs to see her name to bring to mind who she is and what makes her noteworthy: Katanji Brown Jackson. She has now been elevated to the position of United States Supreme Court justice because of the fact that she is a Black woman.

The pathetic, old white man who anointed the latter woman did her (and all Black people) a disservice when he announced his intentions in advance, rather than at least making an argument that she was the best qualified person for the job - which is customary for Supreme Court nominees.

Sadly, the benefit of her presence on the court is non-existent. Her role is to apply the law to the facts of each case, and ensure that the law, as implemented in that case, passes Constitutional muster. Her personal demographics and history must have no bearing on her decisions; if they do then she is a fraud.

Sadly as well is the fact that the ONLY reason she was really appointed was that the President and his Leftist handlers presume that she will be a mindless, knee-jerk Leftist on the Court for forty years or so, and that she will never think independently, or do anything outside the Leftist Narratives of the day.

All hail Dorothy Klenke Nash, a true woman pioneer. The other woman, not so much.

So out of 115 SC Justices, 108 of them have been white men. How many of them becames SC Justices because they were white?

The fact that Brandon said from the start that men and honkies need not apply, ONLY black chicks would be considered for the gig, was really fucking goofy. Makes me think that there might be something wrong with sleepy Joe.

No one ever did that, other presidents always made the case that their choice was the best person available for the job, regardless of their race.

I would have advised Ms. Jackson to decline the appointment under the circumstances- serving under the burden of everyone knowing that the President didn't think you were the best overall is something a lot of people wouldn't do. I wonder in Judge Childs or the others on the list of Afro-broads being considered didn't turn Brandon down before he settled for Jackson. That would mean that she wasn't even the best black women available.

Maybe some of them might have, theoretically. But the presidents who appointed them didn't say that when their names were put forward, so we will never know for sure.

And that's the difference here.

They didn't have to say it, it was well established.

Brandon didn't have to actually say that he was only going to appoint a black chick either.

Even if he had made that decision, keeping the illusion that he was picking the "best person available", and was not limiting himself would have been the best thing to do. How he did it was goofy.

I could care less if a SC judge is a person of color. I could care less if they are male or female.
I do care if they are qualified to be on the bench as it is a lifetime appointment. When the person appointing you says that the main qualifications they are considering is skin color and gender and are ruling out others that maybe more qualified because they do not meet skin and gender qualifications that is a concern.

No woman should be honored anymore for just doing something they can do. So a person is honored for being a neurosurgeon just because they have tits?

I mean this isn't 1931 anymore. Women became equals a long long time ago. For decades we have female congressman, doctors, lawyers, police chiefs, business owners and have a female vice president and almost had a female president.

Women are equals, the problem is a lot of them want to act like they aren't so they get special attention.

But yeah fuck that chick that got her job just for being black and a woman. That's what should concern women is actually being equal if they want to be equal. A woman who truly wants equality should be upset a woman became a supreme court judge just because she has a vagina because that isn't equal or fair. Just like all blacks that want to be equal should be upset she got the job just for being black.

Agreed, he should have just made it happen.

Agreed.

When HW decided to make Justice Thomas the Jackie Robinson of the Supreme Court, he made it crystal clear that he was picking the best person available. He didn't say he was limiting himself in any way.

BTW, President Bush's decision turned out to be golden. The stats that Thomas has produced since making it on the court have been unbelievably tremendous- he has a higher percentage of correct votes that any other justice in SCOTUS history, regardless of their race.

So out of 115 SC Justices, 108 of them have been white men. How many of them becames [sic] SC Justices because they were white?

I would say, zero.

Every last one of those white men to be appointed to the Supreme Court had proven far more suitability and qualification for the position than Ms. Jackson ever has or ever will.

We cannot know, with any certainty, whether any President who nominated any white man to the Supreme Court may have knowingly passed over a more qualified black person, or woman, or both for the part, because he was a racist. We do know that Joe Biden intentionally excluded far more qualified white men in order to select KBJ, specifically because he is a racist and a sexist, who cared more about appointing a black woman to the position than he cared about appointing someone for the position who was actually qualified.

In fact, if Biden cared at all for someone who was qualified, he surely could and would have been able to find even another black woman who was much better qualified than the one that he selected.

Exactly the same as his choice for Vice President, he demonstrated that he cared not the least bit about whether he chose someone who was actually suitable for the position, as long as he could pander to the right demographic. Even if he wanted a black woman as Vice President, he surely could have picked a black woman who was much more suited for the position than The Whore that he did choose.

You do know there have been white men put on the SC that were not even Judges. Tell me what made them more qualified.

Also Democrats tried to destroy Thomas.
