The problem is quite severe.
Every time Obama is caught doing something illegal or unconstitutional or lying about event, or his actions, policies or orders, and "We-the-People" speak out against him, the Lefties, amplified by the MSM, rejoin with a chorus of "You're a Racist, you are only saying that because he's Black"
It is a real problem, having a National Chief Executive who is above the LAW, Criticism, or Reproach.
Homicidal Dictators are born of such power... Nero, Stalin, Mao, Mussolini, Mugabe, Amin, Pol Pot, ... it goes on and on and on.
The threat of an unaccountable executive is very real.
We cannot hold Obama accountable to either Law, Legislative Process, Constitutional Government Structure, or Will of the People.
So, how to deal with Obama?
The idea is quite simple.
The Chief Executive of any organization only has the power that the people who part of the organization give them, by following their orders and edicts.
So... Ignore Obama!
When he signs an Executive Order implementing the Kyoto Climate Treaty, outside of his authorized power... Say "Yes Sir, Right Away Sir!"... And do nothing.
When he yells the order again, Smile and say "I'm so Sorry Mr. President, I'll get to work on that right away"... And do Nothing.
When he changes the text of Obama Care, changing a Congressional Bill, outside of his authorized power... Say "Yes Sir, Right Away Sir!"... And do nothing.
When he yells about implementing the changes he has made to ObamaCare, say "I'm so Sorry Mr. President, I'll get to work on that right away"... And do Nothing.
When he signs an order giving funds to a renamed ACORN, smile and do nothing, give no money, write no checks, and ignore the protests.
When the Democrats demand that we follow the President, Ignore them. It worked to limit Nero and Caligula!
If Obama finds Men-with-Guns, to attempt to force his will, arrest (or shoot) them. Go back to Ignoring Obama.
When the President Breaks the Law, we cannot directly address Obama, lest we be "Racists", but we can indite, arrest, prosecute, and imprison anyone who follows his illegal orders.
If we cannot confront "The First Black President", lest we become hideous "Racists", But we can go after anyone who attempts to implement his orders.
Most of them will be WHITE, and ALL of them will not be "The First Black President".
Give the Lefties no opportunity to criticism your actions against "The First Black President", by simply ignoring the President until we have a new one.
Make the Oval Office and Empty Seat until he is gone!

Will the Strategy work?
If the President won't respect U.S. by following our Laws, Traditions, Constitutional Governmental Structure, or Legislative Processes, what possible obligation do WE (the U.S.) have to follow such a President?
If this strategy was implemented, will Obama Resign?
