for bringing back jobs with sustainable business and educational communities and facilities,
including military bases for security and production factories.

Mexico can collaborate, and let the residents co-own their own programs and property
as part of the educational development. Heck, Trump can even deport Democrats there,
as "reparations" for fraud and abuse of taxpayers money and exploiting minority votes!
