A simple question for Americans: Do we have equal justice under the law?

Sooner or later justice gets done. It may take a long time but those guilty get exposed for their wrongdoing. Sometimes the wrongdoer has long ago died but the truth eventually gets known and all will know it and retribution will happen.

If you believe that we do, then explain the behavior of the FBI concealing foreign bribery evidence against Joe Biden for nearly SEVEN YEARS and not revealing it until FBI Director Wray was threatened with contempt of Congress.
What evidence?

Evidence that was deemed not credible?

How can retribution happen if they’re dead?

Naw and never have. Because the people let the govt do whatever in the hell it wants.
