Nope, folks on the ground investigating who they are, have confirmed, the Venezuelan government has nothing to do with these folks desperate actions, other than being responsible for the terrible economic environment they live in that causes them to turn to drug running.

Thus, it stands, if the American people do not push back on this, eventually the federal government will start assassinating citizens w/o a trial, I imagine with autonomous thinking AI drones, just by claiming they are running drugs.
