Pearre told Coulter that the plan was illegal, cruel and risked declaring the wrong people dead, according to three people familiar with the events.

But his objections did not go over well with Trump political appointees. And so on Thursday, the security guards in Pearre’s office told him it was time to leave."

I never cared for brown noses during all my years at work. Being fired for raising objection is sign of working for an insecure boss who surrounds himself with gutless yes-men.

If a person takes their job seriously then it is their responsibility to the organization to voice concern if they feel it is headed down the wrong path. In winning organizations, only constantly being wrong in their complaints gets one fired.

During my career I've questioned the actions of my superiors in both open meetings and one-on-one settings. In one case in particular there was no telling a department head that things would head in a bad direction following their plan. After being ignored it became simply a matter of letting them have enough rope to hang themselves. The matter resolved itself with the department head being let go about 2 years later.

Trump is the most insecure president I've seen in my lifetime.
