I've been to the worst sections of Philly for years no problem, even while carrying brief cases, even walked through Kensington for blocks carrying bank deposits, but that was before the media brainwashed people into a hate infestation divide and now people don't attack you to rob you, they attack you over your race or affiliation or just because they had a bad day, mostly through created misery via media and online pressure kettles.

if you do a google search of that Street that had that shootout in South Philly in July

you'll see bullet holes and boarded up windows and doors, and a sudden opened up for rent apt. If you move the view arrow to the corner of the street you'll see a probable drug deal going down, nothing like being caught on Google maps hanging out on the corner looking guilty of nefarious activity.
