The Democratic Party like the Republican Party has gone through transitions.
The Republican Party has went from party of Lincoln to Reagan and now to Trump.
The Democratic Party has went from the party of the South to FDR to Clinton and now it is once again in transition.
I would prefer that it keep its centrist positions as that is where it would win elections.
It will find its way, but it may well be a nasty fight.
They need to keep their eye on the ball.
