If their are those who carry themselves in a very dangerous manor, otherwise being those who upset the apple cart making one's surroundings and public spaces hostile to a civilized society, and this no matter what the race or gender of a person is, then Houston we have a major problem going on that needs to be identified and fixed.

The rhetoric needs to be recognized for what it is, and the actions of individual's or group's who seek to cause chaos and anarchy at every turn should be immediately recognized, and then the bad rhetoric and actions should be stopped before it can cause major damage to a civilized society that is normally united under one roof, and also under one God (be he the almighty), who yes has the power to take one's life for the second death, and who holds the keys to hades/hell in his hands upon that terrible day of judgement that is awaiting the trumpets to finally sound in order to signify the coming end..

If the judge's aren't being shown in their entirety, otherwise as far as the numbers go, and it's only showing the black judge's that are celebrated in the picture as being black achievers who have overcome the history of a supposed white dominated bench, then the bench may still retain a diverse group in the larger picture, and this being aside from the implications or interpretations of the Pic that is being commented on.

So what is the bigger picture aside from the picture being shown ? Are we seeing all of the judges or just a celebratory picture of black judges that have made their way on board the ship to the first class passenger status, otherwise if the analogy applies ?

I know someone who has a black great-grandfather but every one else is white. She was a medicore high school student and rejected from every 1st tier college she applied to. Well, she has her numbers wrong.

Texas is: 42.5% white, 39.3% Hispanic, 11.8% Black, and 5.4% Asian.

She is now counting Hispanics as people of color. Of course, in other times, they were counted as white.

Even in the census they are counted in with the "white" population which is why they have to have a "white alone" category.
