WTC Research Alliance

A second draft bill setting up an independent science and technology investigation into the World Trade Center destruction was presented March 16-17 in Washington D.C. to science/technology aides of eight House members for action this year.

The bill continues to propose a 25-member committee with subpoena power, chosen from the national and international community of renown scientists of Nobel laureates, as well as structural engineers, architects, and other technological specialists—those in demolition, advanced weaponry, and 9/11 first-responders.

SEC. 2. PURPOSES AND FUNCTIONS

(a) Purposes – The purpose of this Act is to establish a committee of independent experts in science and technology to perform a detailed, substantive, evidence-based, comprehensive investigation of the array of widely reported theories concerning the cause of the destruction of WTC 1, 2, and 7. To also issue a report of its findings to the President and to the Congress, which shall also recommend legislative action, regulatory changes governing the construction and maintenance of steel-framed high-rise structures, and make accountable those who perpetrated this horrific event.

SEC. 3. ESTABLISHMENT
There is to be established an independent group known as the Science and Technological Committee to Investigate the Structural Failures of the New York City World Trade Center’s Twin Towers and Building No. 7 (in this Act referred to as the ‘Committee’).

SEC. 4. MEMBERSHIP

(a) Members – The Committee shall exclude members of the 9/11 movement and be composed of the following 25 individuals or their designees drawn from national and international experts of the highest repute in the science and technological world:

(1) 1 Member shall be designated chair by the mutual consultation of the Committee chair and ranking member. Credentials shall require internationally recognized expertise in structural engineering or architecture for steel-framed, high-rise buildings or the chemical or nuclear sciences.

Remaining members will be selected by consultations of the House Committee’s chair, and the ranking member, and the Act’s Committee chair. Requirements for those drawn from the scientific and technological fields are significant international and national credentials. Committee membership distribution is as follows:

(1) 2 Members from the architects and engineers who designed and built the WTC.

(2) 3 Members with expertise in steel-framed buildings——one in architecture, one in engineering, one in construction.

(3) 2 Members from the National Association of Demolition Contractors and international counterparts with expertise on steel-framed high-rise buildings.

(4) 2 Members from the custodial and maintenance staffs of the WTC 1, 2, and 7 on duty September 11, 2001.

(5) 3 Members of the New York City Fire Department——a chief, an arson specialist, and a firefighter——on duty September 11, 2001 at WTC 1, 2, or 7.

(6) 2 Members of the New York City Police Department——a chief and a patrol officer on duty September 11, 2001 at WTC 1, 2, or 7.

(7) 2 Members——one from FEMA, one from NIST——involved in researching and producing the WTC destruction reports.

(8) 2 Members with expertise in high-yield explosives.

(9) 4 Members with expertise in weaponry research and production——one in missiles, one in directed-energy lasers, one in nuclear munitions, one in nuclear-energy production.

(10) 2 Members with expertise in video manipulation via such programs as PhotoShop.

First off, thanks for answering. In the last year, I have asked this on 4 boards, and you are the first one to ever give any kind of answer.

However, there are some problems with your reply.

First off, even you will not accept the result of this investigation panel...

no one from NIST.

2 Members——one from FEMA, one from NIST——involved in researching and producing the WTC destruction reports.

Second, the WTC Research Alliance does not propose having a judge on the panel. Who on their proposed list has the authority to issue subpoenas? Even in a grand jury, there is a presiding judge that issues any needed subpoenas and warrants.

Third, your proposal contains this group.

Why does your proposal include over 1/3 of it's members dedicated to conspiracy theory research? And especially the 4 to investigate missiles, lasers, and nuclear weapons? Were any of these events documented on 9/11? Although you claim this panel would not include truthers, this subset of the panel is clearly dedicated to introducing woo theories, and would "poison the well".


Again, I was a little surprised I got this answer from you. But I am not surprised that yours was the only answer I got in one week, and 671 views. With that many views, all of the Truth members had to have read the question, yet chose not to answer.

And now I am going to tell you why.

The TRUTHERS do NOT WANT a new investigation!!

That's right, they don't. They know that if there was one, no matter which way it ends up, they lose.

If a new panel that was set up to their specification came up with the same conclusions that NIST, FEMA, and the FBI did, their movement is over. They would be discredited, and any further cries of "inside job" would be ignored. And any calls for yet another investigation would be seen as "sour grapes".

If that same panel came back saying it was an inside job, the TRUTHERS(Mom, the basement light burned out again!!) would get 2 or 3 weeks of high fives from each other, and then would fade off into the sunset. Their sales of DVD's and books would drop off to zero. Dickey Gage would not be invited to conferences around the world to drop cardboard boxes on top of each other. When they opened their yaps to say "9/11 was an inside job". everyone would look at them and say, "yes, we know. now what else is new?'

Either way, their gravy train would be derailed. And Dickey Gage would have to go back to a real job. Unfortunately, it won't be as an architect, as he has burned every bridge he had in that profession. Which is why he will make sure a new investigation will NEVER happen.

Now watch. All the TRUTHERS(Dad, the baby's hitting me again) will now post here telling me how wrong I am. The only one I will pay any attention to is Mr Jones, as he was the only one to even make an effort to respond.

In the 8 days since I posted this, the 9/11 has only gained 3 signatures, for a total of 90. And not a single signature from Richard G, Dylan A, Judy W, Tracy B, or Alex J.

In comparison, the UFO folks have gone from 4,012 to 4,635 for a gain of 623.

This is proof positive that the 9/11 truth movement really does not want "THE TRUTH".
