Inside your head.
is abortion the killing of a human being ? many on the left claim that until the baby is delivered it isnt a baby and therefor it has no right to life [ an absolutely evil vile concept ] so dems answer this question is abortion the killing of a human being in the womb ?

The statist left will torture common sense & fact until they both will confess to anything. The statist left cult has always depended upon the ole divide & conquer(cause mayhem) strategy to both keep & expand it's support base. This is WHY the statist left cult appears to so many folks as a vehicle going the wrong way on a one way avenue. If one corners the statist left in a debate they either snap back angerly, attempt to belittle the opponent with sarcasm, make an unsubstantiated claim, or use semantics(usually a defensive tactic) to give multiple interpretations to key words in the debate.

An example of this can be found within your very question(post), "...claim that until the baby is delivered it isn't a baby...". This is of course a ridiculous claim for if a life form is growing how can the lifeform be dead??? Example: if a plant is growing & "just starting to produce buds but no flowers from the buds yet" does this mean the plant is dead??? The best action to take with the statist left is just write them off as any agenda, idea or action they can conjure up comes prepackaged to malfunction upon closer examination.

Isn’t this why viability is used to determine where to draw the line?

so nothing is killed during an abortion .. a human is not terminated ?
A potential human being is not yet a human being.

Herein lies the problem.

IMO when the fetus is viable outside the womb the only time an abortion can be performed is to save the life of the mother or if some terminal defect is found in the fetus.

Before viability the fetus is only a potential human being

We do have the right to kill unwanted intruders don't we?

Miscarriage, also known in medical terms as a spontaneous abortion and pregnancy loss, is the death of an embryo or fetus before it is able to survive independently.

So, a question for republicans.

Is the woman guilty of murder or manslaughter?

To stay consistent they should be pushing for laws that require every miscarriage to be treated no differently than if a 1 year old died in the mother's care.

Yet I have not seen any do this yet.

If you can define what a human being is I'd be happy to answer. Is it a fertilized egg? If so, what were the egg and sperm before they joined? Just a set of inanimate DNA molecules but once they're combined they're the exact same set up acids and bases, why is that somehow magical? It is certainly a potential human being but that point is not there at conception.

In my view, DNA is akin to a set of blueprints for a house. The blueprints aren't a house, you can't live in them. Only after much construction work does that house come into being. Until that fetus has the characteristics of a human being, specifically a functioning human brain, something unique in the animal world, it is just human tissue.

So, when men and women ever masturbate, they're guilty of murder?
That's "logical", after all they killed half of a potential human.
