The last few weeks have seen Republicans and conservatives lauding Elon Musk for his purchase of Twitter. They were thrilled that Twitter was going to be the bastion of
"free speech"..ie a place for right wingers to sling their sludge. Well, reality is setting in. After using Twitter for his own little sandbox for a few weeks, bringing in a bathroom sink for a
photo op, firing people (then having to hire some back), and floating a paid verification service, surprise, Twitter is an even bigger swamp than it was before Musk took over.
And he overpaid for it.

He said he's going to make changes to Twitter. He puts them out for all to see what sticks. If the ideas don't get an overwhelming thumbs up, he deletes. What an ass.
