I've heard several people say, and I agree, stand up comedy is a very difficult thing to do. Even guys who are naturally funny can't stand up on stage and do it. And we all can watch/study so many comics but still, I can't get up on stage and do it. I would choke. I wouldn't know what to say.

Even if I sit here and think to myself, "what would I say first"? I can't think of what I'd say. What do I have to say that is so funny? So whitty. And to stand up there and be comfortable or at least appear to be calm. Having people judge you?

I would LOVE to spend a day with Chappelle or Jerry and see if they could teach me how to tell a joke.

Even that. I've heard a million jokes in my lifetime. I can't even think of 3 of them or how I would deliver the jokes.
