Extreme precipitation climate -
Summer - Zero rain for 5 months. Constant brush & forest fires
Winter - overabundance of rain, Denuded hillsides produce floods, mudslides, washed out roads.

Ocean & bay water Waaaay too cold. Need to wear wet suits. Here in Florida nobody ever heard of a wetsuit.

Ocean surf very strong/rough. Cause water to be dark & dirty. In Florida (west coast), very light surf, Water is clean & crystal clear.
