1. Non-leathal rounds like bean bag shells could be used but if the individual is high of some sort of drug like meth, crack or other hardcore drug then the round will not do much.

Kinda like you white boys do with backs and crime. You even use a different form of math to tally the results. There have been over 1,100 killings by police this year. Many of t hem could have been avoided. I can say this because I have looked at more than 500 of them and will try to look at the rest by yeas end. The majority of killings are excused by police with the claim of we saw a gun or we thought he had a gun.

In the last 5 years 5,409 citizens have been killed by police.as opposed to 532 police who have died. These are the facts.
