A new CNN poll reveals how people mad at both parties see the midterms

This is why I am an Independent.

The only way you may get some change is from voting enough of D.C. to be real independants. Otherwise an independant prez would just be shunned and blocked by the reps and dems.

But here is the deal, bub...

To do any material change would require great pain. And the people won't go for it. You saw some of this uproar with DOGE bullshit. America has dug itself into a pit and it can't get out of intact.

THIRD PARTY is needed.

1. patriotism to America
2. fiscal conservatism/sunshine/audits ... we are $39 trillion in debt and that actually is bad....
3. no discrimination or preferential treatment
4. make AIPAC a designated FOREIGN LOBBY
5. a DOJ not obsessed with making "Alliance for Treason" above the law as Pam Bondi did last summer
6. born male, you play mens sports and use mens bathrooms
7. use of US military solely for US National Interest, never again for the cause of Zionist Fascism
The problem is, pretty much all third parties aren't in the middle, they are even more to the extreme of the current two parties. Even when it comes to Libertarians they are broken down into Liberatarian left and Libertarian right. If we want voters to vote for someone who represents the middle, we first need a party who represents the middle. And, most Americans don't want to vote for Joe or Jane Shmoe just because they don't have an R or a D next to their name. And, you need the grassroots first, not starting with the president and working your way down. You need to start with the other politicians and work your way up to the presidency.

People are angry at both parties, so their solution is to keep choosing one of the two and wonder why nothing changes. Makes sense to me. America in a nutshell.

Americans’ views of both the Democratic and Republican parties remain deeply negative, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS. And in an election year that may turn on which party voters see as the lesser of two evils, the Democrats hold an early advantage.

Republicans are fracked.

The number one complaint of Dems? They aren’t standing up to Trump.

The number one compliant on Pubs? They aren’t standing up to Trump.

“Their most common reasons for disliking Democrats are viewing them as do-nothing (22% say this), saying they’re not standing up enough to Trump and the GOP (11%) or they’re too liberal (10%). Another 9% call them weak or spineless, with another 9% saying the party doesn’t care about people.

Double-haters’ most common reason for disliking the GOP is what they see as the party’s failure to stand up to Trump (14%), followed by a sense that the party doesn’t care about people (10%), views about Trump more generally (8%), and a perception of the party as corrupt (8%).“

But that is with 1%.

Bring in 20% and it will be a very different party. LP is a shell that is legally registered to run candidates. We don't need Musk's checkbook. We need a party to rally behind.

Behind what, losers? The reason the party has gone from about 10% to less than 1% is because they are losers. No one wants to be part of a losing party.

LP never got to 10%.

It would have if Ron Paul hadn't backstabbed Bob Barr, but he did.

They were kind of flirting with 10%. Now they can't even get to 1%. That makes the party total and complete losers that are never going anywhere.

That's all we have with the 2 disasters, a guarantee that America goes bankrupt.

If the sane people who see both parties for what they are unite behind a third party, we have the numbers, big time. We just need a vehicle to do that, and LP is perfect. Those who are there now, who voted for the Alphabet Mafia supporter of Murderous Fraud Vax mandates, they won't matter because they are 1% and LP can get to 40%+.

Both Gary Johnson and Bob Barr got to the teens in polls early. Johnson put his foot in his mouth too many times. Barr, who personally observed the Zionist Fascist hijacking of the greatest party in history, the pre 1998 GOP, was a really good candidate, but Ron Paul hated him. Ron Paul did more harm to libertarianism in America than anyone.

Not seeing it. What legislation is there that suppresses any 3rd party at the local level or any level? We've already got 3rd parties that in some cases influenced who ended up getting elected. Do we not have senators and congresspersons who ran and won as a 3rd party or write-in?

I also do not see the issue with party funding leading to voters having less say. Sometimes the winner in an election is not the one who spent the most money.
Keep your brilliantly functioning system then.

I think it comes under the general heading of balloting requirements, which appear to require massive party resources to comply with.

And the two parties want to keep it like that.

Never said what we have now is all that good, it obviously isn't when a high % (40?) think the system is untrustworthy. When enough people don't trust the elections, it kinda follows that they also don't trust the election winners either. I do believe we need a 3rd party out there with enough support to matter. What we have now kinda blows.

I would add what are the Democrats offering in the mid terms to make me want to vote for them other than Trump hatred and a sole agenda of going after Trump and his family?

And should anyone say affordability what specific policies to make that happen?

War is the biggest loser.
I agree, my hope was Trump would be better his second term, he started off well but has now reminded tha I have no hope in either party doing anything to help Americans. It seems both are hellbent on drowning our future into deeper debt.

You will not be able to resist the corporate cash the USSC has made the voice of the poor downtrodden Epstein class and then the only argument is over your price.

Keep pretending both parties are the same.
