A Major Factor In The Explosion Of Crime

Well, liberal policies is obviously at the top of the list. But those liberal policies have led to an explosion in crime by not only teens but children who aren't even teens yet. They are being groomed by criminals and organized crime because of their age and lack of laws to combat child crime. Child crime has reached epic proportions and there are no policies to combat it, other than letting them right back out to do it more. In addition to that, social injustice is causing blacks not to be incarcerated as much because we can't have blacks jailed at a higher rate than their population percent, even if they commit more crimes than their population percent.
