My understanding is you are allowed to give 24 reps in 24 hours.

You can only rep any single individual once every eight times.

Hypothetically you could rep 8 someones 3 times in one day or 24 different people or any combination of 24 within 24 hours.

So, when you get the message that you have given too much rep in 24 hours it does not necessarily mean you have to wait 24 hours to give the next rep. Assuming you spread them out over the course of the day, it just means 24 hours has to go by from the time you gave the first one, and so on. Make sense?

PM me and I can give you the name of another forum where people are forced to be civil to one another. You might like it there better. They however do not provide juice, cookies or naps with their forced civilty.
