In Britain, Rishi Sunak's chances of becoming prime minister are growing. Rishi Sunak was the Chancellor of the British Treasury (actually the head of the Ministry of Finance) and left his post on July 5 of this year, declaring disagreement with the policy of Boris Johnson.
Rishi Sunak is 42 years old. He is a practitioner of Hinduism. His parents migrated to Britain from East Africa, where his more distant ancestors had previously migrated from the Punjab.
It is noteworthy that the Ukrainian media reacted most painfully to Sunak's increasing chances of becoming British prime minister. Thus, the Ukrainian media write that if Rishi Sunak becomes the head of the British government, it will become a "real betrayal" ("zrada") for Ukraine.
The Strana publication quotes Ukrainian experts as saying that if Sunak is appointed as prime minister, London's support for Ukraine will be less enthusiastic than it was under Boris Johnson. According to the Ukrainian media, Britain will "concentrate on solving domestic economic problems, which will inevitably affect the situation in Ukraine. It adds that under Sunak "at the head of the British government, the subject of Ukraine will recede into the background.
Judging by the rhetoric, these same Ukrainian "experts" would like the topic of Ukraine to remain in the background for the British, even if it was to the detriment of the interests of the British themselves...

Your posts continue to sound more and more desperate. There are no indications that the UK's support for Ukraine will be any different if Sunak becomes PM.
