Humans with reptile DNA are genetically almost identical to humans,
except for a very small percentage of primitive DNA. This DNA can have
a bad influence. It's, after all, two hundred million years old.
The good news is that it's possible to overcome this primitiveness by
recognizing the human side in oneself. Focus on the human interior of
the (fully aware) reptilian-human being. Once felt, a tremendously
rewarding change is experienced, what can best be described as being
much more civilized. Upon this exercise, it will be obvious that you
are more human than you thought.
Exterior influence while exercise is being done is possible to demotivate.
