A Federal judge stopped DOGE from assessing where taxpayer dollars are going. Just exposing it was deemed unconstitutional. Let that sink in

You're assuming they are there to audit? Why?

If Musk wants to know how Federal money is spent, there are a million different ways he can find out...like talking to Congress.

The money in the Treasury system has already been allocated for spending. If there is any "fraud" in the system, it's the fraud that was already approved by Congress.

Are you high, congress doesn't even read the spending bills they vote on. Much less have knowledge of where the money is actually spent. Without months long hearing and depositions, congress is clueless.

Solution: Single item bills. Line 'em up, knock 'em down.
I have seen some serious stuff in my time.
Gaetz is right about that. Expect to see him soon, somewhere.

Notice only one libtard tries to defend this ridiculous ruling. :p

Even the leftards know it's ridiculous.

This judge needs to be disciplined.

I believe I read somewhere that Musk has a Secret clearance....which he would not have gotten if he were an ordinary American.

People who have had business conversations with Vladimir Putin don't get security clearances....unless you are someone like Trump or Musk.

So you're admitting you've been lying all through this thread saying Musk didn't have a clearance at all? And all the while you've been accusing others of being liars. You and Rightwinger are peas in a pod, you both will lie about anything.

And another thing! Lobbying is legalized bribery and needs to be made illegal and Citizens United needs repealed.
Let's see what these Senators care about America, huh?

They still can't do line item bills. They give agencies blocks of money, it might be broken down to personnel, maintenance, supplies ect, there's a lot of discretion given to the agencies. But very few actual audits. What they need to end is "use it or lose it". Agencies tell their people to spend all outstanding monies before the end of the FY, or they won't get more the following year.

A higher judge can discipline a lower judge.
Where did you dig that up because it is not true. Federal judges serve life terms and are immune from disciplinary actions except impeachment. There was an infamous federal judge from Florida, Alcee Hastings, appointed by Carter, who was impeached for bribery and perjury, was tried by the Senate, convicted, removed from office, and then was later elected to Congress.

That's not a legitimate reason. There are many different ways that Musk's stupid team could find wasteful spending...like talking to Congress, for one thing.

Everybody and their grandma already knows that the Dept of Defense has billions of dollars that is unaccounted for. It's no great secret or mystery.

There is only one reason Musk wants access to this Treasury system -- to stop government payments. The Executive Branch does not have that power. This money has already been allocated for spending by Congress. The End.

More stupid MAGA gibberish.
Which branch of government do you think the Treasury belongs to? I'll wait.

You mean like money for the border wall? That dog don't hunt, hypocrite.

"A judge disciplined from the bench" means that a judge has been formally reprimanded or sanctioned for misconduct while sitting on the court, essentially being disciplined while actively presiding over cases in the courtroom, often due to inappropriate behavior or actions during a trial or hearing.

"Judicial misconduct" is an example, but it isn't the only one.

Depending on the severity of the misconduct, a judge might receive a public reprimand, a private censure, temporary suspension, or even be removed from office.

Most jurisdictions have a dedicated commission to investigate complaints against judges and decide on appropriate disciplinary actions.

What is your source? You did not link it.

Nobody knows where most of their taxpayer dollars are going, and there is a very good reason for that.

It is because the government does not want you to know.

Shouldn't such knowledge be mandatory for taxpayers?

Yes or no?
Then it's okay if I get yer social security number from Musk?

Elon-

Founder of PayPal already has personal information on everyone.

Retrieves stranded astronauts when NASA screws it up.

He has the highest security clearance.

Leftists are so lame.
The US government pays Elon and yet his funds did not get frozen, see the corruption?

Shouldn't all money being spent by the government be transparent for all to see?

Votto...don't you know: Orange Man Bad / agenda good.
