A federal judge has allowed certain aspects of the unilateral and unconstitutional edict by the governor of New Mexico to ban guns. He has ruled that guns can be banned at playgrounds and places where children may be due to the high crime rates.

So, it appears that the higher crime goes, the more guns will be banned. This is the goal.

Joe Biden expressed disappointment that more of the unconstitutional ban was not held in place.

Progressives are not punished for violating the Constitution, only rewarded. I look for more gun bans in the future.
