The thing is the video didn't show all that much, just the footage of peaceful people going through the Capitol and taking some selfies. It showed the guy with the horns being escorted by the police to various parts of the building. At one point he was alone with several officers that could have cuffed him at any time but didn't.

The Capital Police are tied-up in the farce the same as the dems.....I don't think they should cut any slack at all.

Doing it the way they're doing stops the Democrats from making false claims that Fox is putting our protective forces and representatives in harms way in the event something like this happens again. It's a claim they were already making the day they learned Carlson had got the video.
