What is the problem with a person who is on record stating they were (and I quote) "born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia" being required to provide proof that they are a legal U.S. citizen before running for President?

Interestingly enough - 'ole Barack never was able to provide an actual birth certificate. It took him many months as the most powerful man in the world to suddenly produce a "certificate of live birth". And here is the best part. How does a person as dirt-poor as Barry Soetoro attend both Columbia (for undergraduate work) and Harvard (for post graduate work)? Two exclusive Ivy League institutions. Could it be that he attended free as a "foreign exchange student"?

Could it be that he was in fact born in the U.S. but cheated the American tax payer by filing as a foreign student born overseas and that is why he wanted to run from the issue?

I am thinking that is exactly the case. Where Barrypuppet was born isn't the issue. You don't have to be born in America to be the CEO of Wal-Mart so why should someone have to be born here to be the figurehead of USA.INC? It's the deception and sneakiness that pisses me off.

Well I differ from you on that one. I think it is imperative that the President be born in the U.S. Otherwise, he or she might have more allegiance to that birth nation and not act in the best interest of the United States.

Rottweiler is 100 percent correct. It has to do with "Groupthink" mentality that we have been programmed to go by.
They did an experiment where they had ten people in on the exercise and one lone subject. The instructor drew two lines and made one of them a little shorter and asked the class to raise their hands when he pointed to the larger line. When he pointed to the shorter one, the ones in on the gag immediately raised their hands....the test subject then raised his even though he knew that he line was shorter...groupthink. They are now teaching that to our kids as part of Common Core. They are really going after those that might have critical thinking skills so they can stamp it.

I would agree with you if we actually had a legitimate government instead of a corporate entity that attempts to pass itself off as a legitimate governmental body but the fact is that we haven't had that since 1871 and it only got worse after the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy of 1933 and the emergency powers act that basically made us all "enemies of the state" and that emergency act has never been rescinded and that is where the executive orders privilege is derived from. We are still under the Lieber Code that was enacted during the Civil War. Lots of things people do not understand or know about what has been done to them.

Indeed it has...real liberals like JFK do not exist anymore...what has taken it's place is Fabian Socialism. Liberals (by the true definition of the word) believed in freedom and unalienable rights that EVERYONE deserved and they fought for the ones that were not getting that. They are long gone. I am probably more "liberal" than the ones that claim to be one. I believe that "gubermint" doesn't have the right to tell me what my rights are and that I simply have privileges because what can happen to privileges? They can be taken away at the whim of the ones bestowing them. That is not freedom nor is it liberty.
