This issue should be a bipartisan issue because no one can give a good reason why it is not.

Taxpayers should know where the money is going, and know how their representatives are getting rich beyond their wildest dreams while in office.

If not, why not?
 
The interest in this post reflects the interest those in power have in implementing it.

No one really wants transparency; they just want power and secrecy.

That is the recipe for fiscal insolvency and the end of the Republic.

Along with the transparency, what also needs to be looked at is the entitlement that government employees, mainly section heads and deputy directors, have regarding the programs they are paid to administer. No where in their job descriptions, in any branch of government, is is permissible to them to push out one dollar, let alone billions, to projects that they cannot justify to Congress.
