If they were of the same level as the cartel? Maybe, but Mexico does not have the military capabilities to conduct precision attacks like we do. We could conduct strikes without telling the Mexicans and they would learn about when they discovered the smoking holes in the ground.

I know all about being the biggest dog in the room.

I also understand there’s a reason the USA has never just thrown its weight around like that. There’s consequences. Being the strongest country in the world has never meant we can just invade smaller neighbors. That’s not how it works.
