As I understand it, this isn't exactly true. The judge gave a vague statement of acknowledgement but did NOT agree to toss any cases. He may realize he has no choice and do it, but that remains to be seen. We're talking about Democrats here who love America which is why they hate America so much and who love the law religiously when it serves them and take a dump on it when it doesn't. We'll see

No one else is charged without a default and an actual victim. Democrats keep saying no one is "above" the law (except Democrats). But this proves yet again Democrats are going after your political opposition since no one but Trump would have been charged
