7th Shocking Video Catches Planned Parenthood Harvesting Brain of Aborted Baby Who Was Still Alive

She was a phlebotomist for six month at PP. She drew blood for pregnancy test.

No reason for her to be involved in abortions at all. Did anyone question why she made these videos and what she got out of them? The more I hear on the videos, the less she seems to actually know anything.
If you witness a car wreck, your testimony is still admissible even if you weren't riding in the car. If she witnessed anything, she has an obligation to come forward

Not if she speaks of patience and procedures they have, nor about the tissue from those procedures

HIPA
Was the patient identified?

It is still information from her medical records. It does not matter if she was prescribed an aspirin, if it in her records it is covered under HIPA. Tissue removed is in her records, the signed donation is in her records. It is still patient private information.

She was not licensed to be in the procedure room or involved in any way with an abortion. She was not qualified to handled or witness what happened with the tissue. All she was qualified for was taking blood tests. If she disclosed anything about those tests she violated the HIPA law. Even is she says patient 'A' was type AB, is a violation because it is information in the medical records.

If she was working for stemexpress, she might know of them selling tissue to particular labs, but not about PP.
Basically she would have picked up a cooler and delivered it to stem express or the labs. She was not qualified to handle the tissue in any other capacity or even be a witness. I'm quite sure anyone working for stemexpress would have to signed a non-disclosure agreement as they deal with medical tissue.

Either way she would not have been a witness, nor able to speak with any authority about what happened during an abortion as PP.

If O'Donnell has not worked there since 2012, why are time/day stamps from July 2015? She had no involvement in the abortions.
It was staged.

If stemexpress sell the parts to differing labs, that is up to them. PP might have a contract to donate tissue to stemexpress but it is donated tissue, not a sale. PP can change for the preservation, handling and transport of the tissue.

Patients pay for the abortion and donate the tissue with consent. Tax payers only pay for abortions associated with rape.

Abortions have a 24hour waiting period. A D&C is a one day procedure. A D&E is a three day procedure, it takes a day to dilate the cervix (day 2) so the extraction can take place (day 3). In both procedures an inject begins the process to terminate the fetus (day 1) and begin rejection of the placenta before the extraction begins. It is not a live birth. The differing procedures depend on the number of weeks along the fetus is, not to procure choice fetal parts.

Fetus is not taken out in pieces, the placenta and fetus is removed by suction. Tools are only used to make sure all tissues of the placenta are removed to prevent infection and speed healing.

2nd and 3rd term abortions are done for medical necessity. 1st term can be by choice.

Till the third term the fetus cannot survive, and any premature birth is high risk for survival till the beginning of the 9th month because the fetus is still too immature.

Most of what you hear on those videos is erroneous.

Information is obtainable so you don't have to work with PP or even have a medical degree. Go to the library.

.

Another reason for women to falsely cry rape.

Falsely? Most rapes go unreported. It is a very difficult thing to report rape. For children, they are shamed or coerced into not reporting their rape.
No one wants to have an abortion, but for some it is necessary choice.

When World War II was over, American soldiers forced German civilians to go to death camps and see what the Nazis had done.

She can talk about it as long as she doesn't give out patient information or medical records.
