Now, Kievan regime controls less than 20 mln people, which is lesser than 1/7 of the Russian Federation population. Or in doing things like turn firehoses and attacking actually peaceful protestors with dogs and clubs. Or in refusing to allow children to get an education in schools or colleges because they are of a different color.

You obviously must then support all of them, because what the state wants is much more important than actually upholding the law itself.

I’m one of those that believes we should follow the constitution. So no I would not be ok with Governor going against SCOTUS to enforce segregation. I wouldn’t be cool with segregation even if SCOTUS condoned it. Id fight for legislation to prevent it like they did in the 60s

I see. So you are all in favor of it if the Governor is in line with your beliefs, but against it if the Governor is not in line with your beliefs.

In other words, it is entirely subjective based upon your beliefs. And not on the actual rule of law itself.
