No, that teacher needs to be reprimanded. Their job is not to steer kids' political ideology nor teach politics, especially to an 11 year old.

They need to teach what they are supposed to teach and leave politics out of the classroom, unless the student is enrolled specifically in a political course, generally in college.

The teachers opinion is their own, and it should stay that way.

We need to defund the overly-political fields in the humanities and social sciences and return to a more dispassionate role of objective analysis. Everyone that gets ahead must have had more control over others and everyone that fell behind must have been oppressed.

Alinsky's Rules For Radicals sum up the playground and mobbing tactics of progressives very well. Notice, there is nothing constructive there.
