What really surprised me was how well UCONN rebounded.

it's a tall order to beat Michigan... they brought in three 6'9" tall or taller mercenaries this off-season from other colleges with the intention of squashing their tiny little competition. Arizona's only hope is that Motiejas Krivas, a tremendous 7'3" tall Lithuanian can neutralize Michigan's dominance in the paint

Hard to draw anything positive from that drubbing against Michigan. Yikes that was ugly. I wonder if Burries or Peat's NBA draft prospects were hurt enough for one or both of them to stay for another year? Probably wishing on a star. Too much money to pass up, even if they go lower in the draft.

You almost can't afford not to.

An injury in college and you've lost potentially 10's of millions.

There was a graphic during the Purdue game where it showed something like:

Very telling.

I think Lloyd has done a great job.

I also like the style they played this year, but to some degree the coach has to adapt to the new crop of players he has. Lloyd could have a couple of young Steph Currys next year who knows?

Michigan has very good guards who can spot shoot and their front court in NBA sized or maybe even taller. My Golden State Warriors definitely don't have that level of height on the court. Time is running out on the Huskies but how can you ever count them out?

this is why I get the Amazon gift card codes from Safeway. It's the only way Amazon allows you to avoid giving out private info, like an email for example. I buy the cards in the grocery store, then simply private message you the code off the back of the card in your USMB private message box (you have to have private messages open).
