Polls show that the Biden policies are the "wrong track".
So if 75% of voters say that Biden is the "wrong track", why is Trump only up by 6%?

November should be another "lesser of the evils" election with the propaganda flowing freely on both sides.
Democrats call Trump a dictator, without proof.
Republicans call Biden too old and a National Security disaster with his open borders.
Las Vegas says Trump is a prohibitive favorite over "too old" Joe.

Now it is Project 2025 by the same Heritage foundation....he's already given them permission to come up with what they view as a presidential administration of their dreams, that they would love to see happen and they even give the ways it could be achieved! More than 24 people in Trump's last administration are part of Project 2025....

They're definitely polar opposites, but I think the point is that they're both unacceptable in their own ways. We're having to lower standards for both, and that's getting a little old.

To me, the bottom line here is that we need a better system for picking our "leaders", one that isn't stuffed with money and catering to the hardcore wings.

Just look around the world and you can see some pretty good ways of selecting moderate leaders who are trying to represent the people... Changes in Government are no huge swings in policy but more a change of focus...

New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, Nordic Countries... All use various forms of multi-seat preference voting... Vastly different to the US where two party rule is being run by a duopoly...

To the rest of the world the US has effectively just one more party in government than North Korea.

How can such a vast array of people be represented by just two parties?

They didn't even poll 10,000 people and there are like 330,000,000 Americans. Kind of hard to believe 0.00303030303% is an accurate representation of the whole country.

Where they polled people, their political affiliation, age groups and so on also plays into the results.

I like trump and even if that poll was entirely in Trump's favor I'd still question the validity and accuracy.

This is how our system works. We had a lot of Republicans running and it got narrowed down to one.

No matter who the two are in the end there are a lot of people who don't like either one. You can't please 300,000,000+ people with 2 choices and it's dumb to think otherwise.

The system isn't perfect but it works. You can't have an election with 12 or more people all on the ballot at the same time.
