There is nothing unconstitutional about checking the immigration status of people. Unfortunately we have asses like Obama in office.

We get checked all of the time. Everyone. Gringos, Ticos, Euros, Nicas.It's completely random with a heavy dose of profiling.Where I live a black man will get watched day and night til he goes back wherever he came from.No hassling.....just a keen eye. ( donde esta negrito feo ahora ?

If you're a Gringo Euro or Chinaman and you're working at an establishment(or farm), you better damn sure have your work permit in order.
Same for travelers....especially hippie types.Better damn sure have that passport.

I have a Tico buddy ( Harley mechanic) that is honest as the day is long but when he lived in Miamistan his Harley buds got him a bunch of tats.If he goes to San Jose or the beach he gets some shit from the law.
