6 states account for more than half of the country’s recent Covid hospitalizations

What I've read they do occur, but we don't know exactly because the government is covering it up and the pharmaceutical companies are trying to have 55 years to release their studies.
It’s about 2 in 100,000.

75% are mild. Almost all the rest are intermediate.

1/3 of those affected recovered cardiac function by the time the left the hospital. Everyone who was tested afterwards had normalized.

It’s a concern. No doubt. Something we take seriously.

But it’s not as big of a concern as those on the right make it out to be.

Cases were more important early on, because they were a precursor to hospitalizations and deaths.

Now that half the country is vaccinated, and those vaccinated will likely not need hospitalization and unlikely to die, the case count of covid infections is not necessarily an indicator for hospitals, or their worrying about being overwhelmed.

Cases are still important, showing us which areas are hotspots to avoid....

Plus, those who catch covid and don't die, that are not vaccinated, basically add to the count of those vaccinated...or those protected from severe illness in the future for new covid variants to come. Gives an estimate of how close we may get to a herd immunity status...

Good news this morning that the vaccines neutralize the omicron variant as well....
Cases are useful to sow fear, nothing more.

It’s not trolling to point out that the largest groups of vaccine hesitancy people are Trump supporters or right wingers.

No one ignored hesitancy in minority groups and it was a significant publicity push to get the vaccine out to these communities.

But yeah, the right decided to make vaccines a political issue and now we have to deal with the consequences of if.
So how many of the minorities have gotten their second and third jab and how many of them are still unvaccinated?

Also link actual data showing the percentages or are you afraid to link anything because you know that many from many sectors have not done what is needed!

16,000 has died and that number was from a couple months ago.

But what about deaths?

Michigan is number one, Pennsylvania number two, but then it's Tennessee, Kentucky.

Ohio, Indiana have a Republican governor, majority House and Senate too.

Pennsylvania has a majority Republican House and Senate.

Also these are northern states, things like this tend to get worse when it gets colder.

You're looking for patterns, but you're doing it on such a simplistic level that it doesn't hold water when you get slightly deeper in.
So now it’s the cold whether you are vaccinated or not? Also, the makeup of political party is irrelevant. Either you are vaccinated or not. Pennsylvania and Michigan are pretty blue in terms of people. Not every Democrat is getting vax

It's red states, then it's blue states, then back to red. then back to blue, etc etc.

The point is, it doesn't matter what we do, what measures are taken, who is president, etc. This pandemic is going to go through the population, mutate, go through the population, mutate, etc etc.

Both of you nice try but deaths need to looked at deeper and broken down to race, sex and also their income bracket…

Then we must look at rural, suburb and urban for patterns and ask this simple question why is the messaging failing to get to all sides and not just one?

Now you will point to the OP attempt to troll the left while forgetting the left has been trolling the right by making the false claim that Trump voting base is the only ones refusing to get vaccinated when data has shown Hispanics and Blacks were lagging behind in getting vaccinated, and yet the left ignores this, so why?

Okay then, you go break down those deaths..... but you didn't. Why is that?

yeah because the virus doesn't like Republican governors.... exactly why.

Well, the whole point is that if you have states with Republican governors and Democratic governors and you find a pattern there, it means one set of governors is incompetent.

It's simplistic, because there are many factors at play, like weather, size of cities etc.

Ever wondered why the flu takes off in Winter?

Why the cold is called the cold?

This is not a "now" this, this has been like this for thousands of years

I already know about the flu. What I don’t know is how come more Democrats and Blue states aren’t vaccinated.

Well, in order of states by fully vaccinated.

Vermont, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, New Hampshire, DC, Virginia, Washington, New Mexico, Oregon, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Deleware.

These are the top 17

It takes until number 18 to find a state that voted for Trump. Florida, probably the highest rate of any Trump voting states because of the mass of old people.

Then the next four states didn't vote for Biden.

And you want to know why these states' uptake isn't high?

Er......

The heart association did put out a memo about the vaccines and heart problems
Yes, they did.
Putting out a memo, warning people not to put much faith in an article from Circulation, an AMA journal, that was falsely attributed to the American Heart Association on.......................................Twitter, of course.

One guy, was the author, Steven R. Gundry, MD, was the one and only author.
Gundry was also the author of these other books.

The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers in “Healthy” Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain, The Longevity Paradox: How to Die Young at a Ripe Old Age, and the upcoming The Plant Paradox Family Cookbook.”

A heart blurb in an AMA associated journal by a nutritionist?
. Sucks to be a slave to your government.
It sucks to be a slave to a ventilator.
Hope you have to pay for that yourself.

Pheh... California has the strictest out there, yet their numbers are any better than other areas that are Republican.
Politics can't determine who gets sick.

Well, the Chinese managed to stop loads of people from getting sick from the virus.

Also you have states with higher number of infections and lower numbers of deaths.

New York has 9,568 cases, highest in the country, and yet their death rate is 8th highest.

Tennessee has 14 more deaths than New York, and yet it has 1,875 cases. You see the difference? 4 times less cases and more deaths... why?

we need to put walls around these blue states and not let these reckless diseased folks out
