Republicans (Conservatives) have Rules. We have morals. We play fair. We set Standards and we stick to them.
Anybody that has ever raised children (properly) knows how it can be difficult to get them to wash their hands, brush their teeth, not get their clothing all muddy and dirty, to brush their hair, etc, etc, etc, etc, ad infinitum.

I've known, and still know, people of all races and both sexes who were born into bad circumstances but pulled themselves out it by following the rules, adopting standards, playing fair, etc.

I'd say at least 70%. The other 30% is just stupid. But that 70% is mostly from the better-off homes and families. They're children. They're accustomed to getting everything they want.
They don't want to follow the rules, adopt standards and morals.
Now, to be fair, most of us went through that stage growing up. It's a Rite of Passage. But even as an 18 year-old brat, we knew not to spit on Cops, to throw bottles, rocks and even Molotov Cocktails at them, etc.
So, were these SCUM (they are) brought up that way? Nope. Nobody brings up childrern that way unless their super-rich elites.
They learned it in School. High School and, moreso, in College.
ACADEMIA IS WHERE IT ALL STARTS, PEOPLE. All of it. the DISGUSTING FILTH reinforces it and makes it worse, but the primary enemy of The American People is Academia. Maybe not Smallville Elementary School, but the big schools? Oh, Hell Yes
