If the candies were purchased legally and there were no printed warnings on the packaging the way alcohol and tobacco products require, then the seller should be sued into bankruptcy and prison.
The suppliers of the candies should also be sentenced to hard time.
If any of the victims suffered any anxiety or depersonalization issues from the dope, the punishments should be increased.
