In order for the Pennsylvania legilature to change election law, first they are required to change the Commonwealth's Constitution. They did not and for that reason all votes cast within the state were not lawful.

There has to be a law in place. The state Supreme Court ruled 7-0 that election laws bar rejecting a ballot because of a signature. Both Republicans agreed with the decision.

It doesn't matter what the Court said, they have no standing to determine State voting laws, that is the sole purview of the legislature....

The core problem was not all people and states agreed to the same election rules and process. Firsr, the agreed established Constitutional process was for state legislatures to vote on changes. This ensures representation of the people of that states, but instead several states bypassed this by having Governors, or Secretary of State, or courts make a decision to change rules without the legislature voting. 2. Secondly, the contested changes made involve expanding mailin ballots by the millions without requiring Notarization under Penalty of Perjury, unlike Notarized Absentee ballots that would have met approved standards so everyone could agree on election rules in advance. 3. Third, these unnotarized mail-in ballots in the millions are not verifiable with enough accuracy to measure such narrow margins in close races with fewer than 50-100,000 vote differences, some even less than 20,000. Instead of the burden of proof being put on the people and parties supporting the rule changes, the burden waa put on the people objecting to the changes. But the whole reason for objecting was that without notarized ballots, these cannot be proven to be fraudulent within the limited timeframe. So switching to mail-in ballots makes it impossible for objectors to meet the burden of proof. That's the problem.

Of course it is convenient now to argue there isn't enough proof of mass fraud.

But that's because the rules were changed without voting on them to allow unnotarized mail-in ballots by the millions.

These changes violated national election laws and prevented audits from being able to verify notarization since this wasn't required.

There is no way to prove those votes by notarization. We would have to redo the election in the contested states under agreed rules and requirements.

Otherwise, both sides are interpreting the election process and results based on faith.

One case that’s not making news in the Democrat Party’s mainstream media is a decision made by a Virginia judge on Monday. The judge ruled that last-minute changes made by election officials to allow absentee ballots with missing or illegible postmarks to be counted is illegal.
