Blacks doing things whites suggest in order to stay subservient to whites only continues the problem. We do not need to listen to whites telling us how to do things when they are not where they are because they did things the way they suggest we do them.
The problem in this society is continuing white racism, so whites picking the blacks who we should listen to is not going to solve the problem.
